Following the KAIST visit in February 2017.. a follow up energy meeting was organized with the Mandalay Regional Government Energy Minister U Zarni and Chungnam City Gas company + TTCL Korea.

An agreement was reached to survey a village without electricity for the purposes of a self-reliant energy village project which will be conducted by KAIST in the near future.
