Yangon Prime Minister Speech: 

 Development Committee will plan and carry out ‘City Plan’ for Yangon City to become more developed and livable. MCEA membership will be joined to this committee as well. 

 We will set up ‘Housing Board’ project with Bank, Contractor and Client as Financial Back up. Financial Back Up will make process base on Affordable Housing Project. 

 As for longer lasting process between Constructor Member and Yangon Government, Prime Minister Daw Nilar Kyaw and MCEA Vice Chairman U Shein Win and U Nyan Thit Hlaing will be participating as Consultant on behalf of Government. 

 As for Construction PARTS we will be processing with Myanmar MECP Membership. 

 I would like tell Construction Companies to look forward until ‘Zoning Plan’ came out and hoping that we will be able to accomplish this ‘Zoning Plan’ by next year February 2017. 

 In between month, while changing of Laws situation, we are going use current LAWS to follow. 

 I would like everyone to be patient and keep making progress to your work. 

 Also, apart from Building 4 Different project around ‘LAUT TAW’, Constructing with High Rise projects are permitted. 

 If any difficulties were to appear, I would like everyone to discuss the matter with Region Government and carryout the issues. 

 As for Transformer: 1. 18 and Above storied building must install trans 2. 1 Meter Box for (5 lats)
